Have you been looking for a cause to join that changes the world, but don’t know what to choose? You may know that I’m part of Young Ambassadors for Opportunity (YAO). We’re a group of young professionals and entrepreneurs who donate our time and passion to ending global poverty through Opportunity International’s life-changing microfinance services.

As YAO members, we learn about poverty alleviation, contribute to volunteer-led local events and connect with other passionate people as we raise awareness and funds for Opportunity International. We get the chance to travel abroad to see microfinance at work firsthand, and get access to industry experts, news and networking opportunities. Most of all, we get the satisfaction of knowing we’re part of an innovative and sustainable solution to global poverty.
