As Arusha Branch Manager for Opportunity Tanzania, Esther John Mark manages all branch staff and activities, with special emphasis on staff training and communication to ensure the highest-quality client service. Before joining Opportunity, Esther worked in commercial banking but felt called to help impoverished people in her country, and she shares that Opportunity nurtures her faith. “I’ve learned to love, respect and encourage people regardless of their status,” she says. “I’ve also seen the importance of putting God first every morning.”
