We are so excited to introduce you to the Los Angeles chapter of Young Ambassadors for Opportunity, launched in May 2010. If you’re looking for a community of young professionals who are passionate about alleviating poverty, you’ve come to the right place! YAO – LA is a great place to learn more about how Opportunity International is using microfinance—microloans, savings, insurance and training—to help people all over the world work their way out of poverty. It’s also a place where you can use your passion and talents to make a difference in our world.
