Minnesota YAO members and Governors came together on Tuesday for an energizing evening of conversation and learning. Over 60 people gathered at Cooper Pub to hear Abana Nshiah, Regional Branch Manager from Ghana, share her story. This was the first Opportunity International event for over half of the attendees. Several Opportunity supporters shared their personal story of why Opportunity is so important to them and encouraged people to get involved in numerous ways.
The night concluded with an incredible announcement of a $5,000 match for all donations made by a Young Ambassador for Opportunity attendees. A fundraiser page has been launched to collect donations.
